As a 66 y/o female, building and maintaining muscle mass has become more about creating longevity than it is about improving looks, but here are some of my improvements since working with Jacob the last 10 months: I’m down 2 pant sizes, down 2 top sizes, low backpain gone, balance is far better than it used to be and life around my house and in my yard is just way easier now that I’m stronger. I now am strong enough to get off the floor without
using any hands, I can lift, bend, and squat easily and I feel like I get younger every day.
